Employee Communications
American Airlines employs more than 85,000 employees whose jobs range from white-collar pilots and flight attendants to blue-collar mechanics and baggage handlers. Communicating effectively with its global employee base is critical, but American faces a number of challenges because not all of its employees have access to e-mail or voice mail, and many of them do not speak English.

Our experience includes working with the airline to find non-traditional methods of communicating important business, culture and safety information to employees, including developing creative and engaging DVDs that were mailed to employees’ homes.
