Tatum LLC is the largest and fastest-growing executive services and consulting firm in the United States, with more than 700 partners and principals in 33 offices. The company’s success today, however, belies a challenge that threatened the very fabric of the firm several years ago. Tatum had become marginalized as a temporary CFO placement firm, and was in need of brand definition and a unified company identity. Its industry awareness levels were abysmal and those who were aware of it viewed it as a low-cost, white-collar temp agency.

Our experience includes working with Tatum to develop customer-relevant messaging, create engaging Web site content, media-train more than 50 partners to serve as the public faces of the firm, develop a library of case studies and launch an aggressive outreach campaign to reach the company’s target audiences: executive-level decision makers at companies spanning industries and sizes.
